Last week on the countdown Phenomenon still had control of the chart. Will it remain there or lose control? Whisper of the Beast is looking to sneak in and steal the crown as it moved up one spot. And Shounen Bushidou still with that fighting Spirit is never giving up but how much longer can it last. Find out this week on the chart below.

Well that does it for this weeks countdown. Phenomenon is still injecting the virus on the countdown as nothing seems to be able to break its grip on the #1 spot. Whisper of the Beast remained quiet this week but will it make any noise next week. And how about Zetsubou Ketsui? It has been crawling in the dark for some time, but will it get its answer next week by reaching the #1 spot to complete its story. Find out next week as more new videos try to make the chart and I have to say good bye to some old ones that don't get played as much. this video is now #1 at AMV.org. i downloaded it, and i just don't understand why everyone loves it so much. i'm not trying to say it's a bad video, i think it is quite well made, but i just don't see how it outranks all the other videos on the site. i think there are plenty that are much better. oh well.

Notice it isn't my #1 video of the week. There are alot of good videos. This video is amazing by the amount of shear editing involved. The video has some many illusions. Lets just say things that happended in that video didn't happend in the series. Plus since I speak German I find that the lyrical sync was on for about 80% of the video. Which is unusual in a foriegn song. Also alot of the other videos I have on the countdown such as Shounen Bushidou, Into the Fire, and War of Wrath have been on here for some time and aren't played as often as they once were. These are my favorite videos of the week not my overall. I'll probably have a list going of all of my favorite amv's which will change often as I download more and more. So I'll have that up within a couple of weeks. Well see if it will reach #1 here next week. It didn't make it this time.

Yeah, Shounen Bushidou deseves a good rate.
And well, I do like "Whisper Of The Beast" a lot (I even took the time to get a translation, and the lyrical sync is well done, since it's not literal at all..), then I'd mostly go for FMA Videos (Tyler's "Tsumibito No Kashou" and Michele's Ketsui).. Well, Tyler's video is pretty good considering the lyrical sync (I speak French and the lyrics make sense in an unusual way).

Shounen Bushidou is pretty good and somewhat fresh..

But then again It's Gene's Top 20 (Not Mine, lol) and I haven't watched -that much- of AMV's in a while..

I know there will be some changes next week, but espcially after Otakon when the new videos are released. Expect to see alot of changes when the Otakon videos are released.

I didn`t win the contest and now I didn`t even make 20th on the countdown, how sad isn`t that my life is just one lose after another.

This was last weeks countdown. I still have to post August 7th - 13th. I have the list I'll be posting in the next hour. Also please take a look at these videos and you can see why they are on my chart. I'll check out some more of your videos, maybe they'll get on the chart in the future.
